Honda Civic Tourer - front-wheel drive station wagon C-class. The model was developed for Europe, so it is no coincidence that the European division of the company was engaged in the creation of the design and interior decoration of the car.

The original external features of the Honda Civic Tourer are a sloping glazing line and a drop-down roof, which, however, did not prevent the station wagon from becoming one of the most spacious cars in the class. In the normal state, the boot volume of the five-door is 624 liters, and with the rear seats folded down - 1,668 liters.

In addition, the station wagon is equipped with the Magic Seats interior transformation system, which also has Civic in a hatchback. Its main task is to provide easy organization of the internal space, and the main feature is the rear sofa seats, which can be lifted and placed, for example, not in the trunk, but directly on the cabin floor.

Separately, it is worth noting the loading height of the trunk of the station wagon, which is 135 mm lower than that of the hatchback and is at the level of 565 mm from the ground.

It is noteworthy that the Tourer was not only the first station wagon in the history of the Civic family, but also the first Honda car to receive the Unique Adaptive Damper System. It allows you to adjust the degree of damping of the rear shock absorbers and has three modes: Comfort, Normal and Dynamic.

The range of power plants includes two motors:

• 1.8-liter gasoline engine (142 hp and 174 Nm);

• diesel unit with a volume of 1.6 liters (120 hp and 300 Nm).

Motors can be paired with manual and automatic transmissions.

Serial modification of the model presented for the first time at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 2013. Production of the station wagon will be launched in 2014 at the company's plant in the UK. In Ukraine, Honda Civic Tourer should be expected no earlier than the second half of next year.
